Hiranga Tōpū works collaboratively to deliver excellent, people-centred, and expert services founded on manaakitanga across the three functions of: Pūmanawa Tangata (People & Culture); Pūtea (Finance); and Hoahoa Ratonga (Organisation Support Services).  Services and advice include:  human resources; organisational capability and culture; EA assistance to support Commissioners; wellbeing/health/safety; IT and information management; office logistical support; statutory financial reporting, payroll and procurement. It is led by the Commissions’s Chief Operating Officer. 

 Hiranga Tōpū is committed to strengthening and championing the Commission as a Tiriti based organisation. With a focus on supporting the Commission’s sustainability and impact including system and business improvement and addressing legacy issues, the team provides reliable expertise and trusted advice, collaborating with Commission managers and kaimahi to find solutions and opportunities.
