Salary Range $82,703 - $111,893 | Band 2A

Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual with a “can do” attitude who is keen to develop and grow their existing Human Resources and general office skills. You will bring excellent communication skills and experience in building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, and preparing employment documentation.
You will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, helping to keep our kaimahi and Commissioners well supported.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively in a busy environment. You will be a strong communicator who enjoys a variety of tasks and can build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ideally, you will:
Provide People & Culture coordination and office administration a support
Effectively organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Assist with the preparation of employment documentation and the review of policies, practices, and guidelines
Work independently using Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and software
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Be flexible and pitch in where needed
